Unique 3 Step Massage - My Signature Treatment!

A varied and more intense treatment mixing 3 different techniques; Sri Lankan ayurveda, Thai deep tissue and Keralan (south Indian) Kalari technique. Performed using hands, arms, elbows, knees and feet. Also includes stretching techniques. Performed on massage table, and yoga mat on the floor (towards the end). What Is Sports Massage?

Sports massage is a systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body that focuses on muscles relevant to a particular sport. Many different movements and techniques are used in sports massage. Examples of these techniques include; Swedish style massage, effleurage (stroking), petrissage (kneading), compression, friction, tapotement (rhythmic striking), vibration, gliding, stretching, percussion and trigger points. Massage Appointments outside My Working Hours

On rare occasions, I am able to see a client outside my availability and working hours. On weekdays, I am only available from 9am until 12pm/noon. Sometimes, I am able to see a client after 12pm.

If you can only meet after 12pm, then please check with me, and if I am able to, I will see you.

Advanced bookings preferred. But sometimes, I am able to see you at short notice. 

On weekends I am available from 10am until 12am/midnight. Last booking at 11pm.

Tailor-made Massage Treatments

My massage sessions can be tailor-made to suit the client's needs and requirements. Many clients ask me to specifically target the lower back, while some ask for upper back.

There are those who ask for the thighs and calves to be catered to more, while others ask for arms, neck and shoulders.

My massage treatments are all full-body treatments (unless a client asks me to avoid a certain part of the body).

I prefer clients to discuss their needs, requirements and preferences with me, so I can provide a fully satisfactory service.

How Massage Can Help Target Back Pain and Back Problems.

Massage is non-invasive and considered very low risk for most people. In addition to physical benefits, certain types of massage have been shown to help psychologically via relaxation and increased production of 'feel good' chemicals that the body naturally produces (endorphins)--helpful for people with back pain.

Performed using hands, arms, elbows, knees and feet. Most of the treatment is done on the massage table. The last part is done on a thick yoga mat on the floor.
